In a bold move reverberating across the globe, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has hailed U.S. President Donald Trump for ordering a series of airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities, describing the operation as a “historic step” with far-reaching implications.

TRUMP’S DECISION CELEBRATED BY ISRAEL

In a video message from his office, Netanyahu congratulated Trump, saying:

“President Trump, your courageous decision to target Iran’s nuclear facilities with the righteous might of the United States will undoubtedly change history.”

The strikes, which targeted Iran’s key nuclear sites at Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordo, represent a significant escalation in efforts to prevent Tehran from advancing its nuclear ambitions. Fordo, considered Iran’s most fortified and challenging facility, was reportedly heavily damaged during the operation.

“A SPECTACULAR MILITARY SUCCESS”

In a televised address, Trump lauded the operation as a “spectacular military success” and issued a stern warning to Iran:

“Make peace now or face even greater consequences,” he declared.

Details emerging from the Pentagon suggest that the U.S. deployed advanced B-2 stealth bombers equipped with bunker-busting bombs, along with Tomahawk cruise missiles, to execute the precision strikes.

IRAN DOWNPLAYS DAMAGE

Despite the intensity of the attacks, Iran’s state media sought to minimize their impact. While officials confirmed that the Fordo site had been hit, they described the damage as “limited.”

A state television presenter dismissed Trump’s claims as “bluffing,” alleging that only the tunnels at Fordo’s entrance and exit were affected.

Morteza Heydari, spokesperson for crisis management in Qom province, initially acknowledged the strikes but later insisted that the region remained “entirely calm.” Iranian media continued to describe reports of the strikes as “unverified.”

GEOPOLITICAL AFTERSHOCKS

The strikes have drawn sharp criticism from Tehran, with Iranian officials warning of “severe consequences” for what they see as an act of aggression. Meanwhile, Netanyahu’s support for the operation highlights Israel’s alignment with U.S. efforts to curb Iran’s nuclear activities.

As the world watches, the already volatile Middle East appears to be on the brink of further conflict, with fears of broader regional instability growing by the hour.
