Kenyan businessman Polycap Ocholla Kamili has once again proven why he is regarded as one of the country’s most flamboyant tycoons.

The flashy mogul recently flaunted his palatial village residence, a lavish rural mansion that could easily rival some of the most exclusive homes in Nairobi’s leafy suburbs.

Photos of the grand residence, complete with a sprawling compound, lush green lawns, and opulent finishing, have gone viral — leaving Kenyans both admiring and envying his taste for luxury.

Dark past behind the glamour

But beyond the glitz lies a chilling personal story.

Kamili’s marriage to his ex-wife Agnes ended in a dramatic divorce after he accused her of plotting to have him killed.

According to court documents, Agnes allegedly withdrew Ksh 1.2 million from KCB Naivas Nyali branch to pay hitmen tasked with eliminating him. Detectives swiftly arrested her before the deadly plan could be executed.

Kamili also claimed that his ex-wife had previously tried to poison him, forcing him to cut ties with the toxic marriage.

Living his best life

Now free from marital drama, Kamili is living large — with his village palace standing as a symbol of his resilience, wealth, and love for finer things in life.

Social media has been buzzing with reactions, as Kenyans marvel at how the businessman bounced back from betrayal to enjoy unmatched success.
