Log leaders Mara Sugar will on Saturday seek to bounce back to winning ways in the National Super League when they tackle Mulembe United at Mumias Sports Complex on Saturday.

The Cane Millers have lost and drawn their last two games against Mathare United and Dimba Patriots.

“We twice went down against Dimba Patriots but recovered to get a point. It’s not what we wanted but it’s better than a loss. Our hope is to win the game against Mulembe because we want to maintain our lead in the league,” said Mara Sugar’s interim coach Godfrey Naibei.

Naibei has been in charge of the team since the departure of Francis Xavier who joined Sofapaka as an assistant coach.

At Ildamat Stadium in Kajiado County, Kajiado FC welcomes Rainbow while SS Assad hosts unbeaten Nairobi United at the Ukunda showground in Kwale.

Dimba Patriots hosts Kibera Black Stars at Wundanyi Stadium. Migori Youth will be back in action after the Sports Disputes Tribunal lifted their suspension. They will travel to Machakos for a game against Mully Children’s Family.

On Sunday, unbeaten Luanda Villa will be at home against second-on-the-log Kisumu All Stars as Naivas and Darajani Gogo collide at Camp Toyoyo.

At Mbaraki Sports Club, it will be a Coast region derby between Mombasa Elite and Mombasa Stars. Vihiga Bullets and Silibwet Leons will lock horns at Mumias Sports Complex.
