Shabana and AFC Leopards remained winless in the FKF Premier League after battling to a 1-1 draw at Ulinzi Sports Complex in Nairobi.
Brian Yakhama gave Leopards the lead through a fictitious penalty before captain Peter Ogechi equalized for the Glamour Boys through a header. Both teams are yet to test a win in the league after five outings.
Shabana will visit former KPL champions Tusker on Sunday next week at Moi International Sports Center Kasarani while AFC Leopards will host Tusker at Nyayo National Stadium for Mashemeji Derby.
At Mbaraki Sports ground, visiting Kakamega Homeboyz upset hosts Bandari 1-0 thanks to Brian Chala’s lone strikein the 72nd minute while Gor Mahia and KCB played to a 1-a draw.
Apollo Otieno gave the Bankers the lead in the 17th minute before Rodgers Mugisha equalized for the defending champions in the 88th minute.
Ken Kenyatta’s Talanta held Tusker to a barren draw at Ruaraka Sports Ground. Posta Rangers lead the log with 13 points, trailed in second place by defending champions Gor Mahia with 9 same as newcomers Murang’a Seal who sit third on the table.
