Zdravko Logarušić began his reign at Kenya Police with a 2-0 win over Bidco United.

Kennedy Muguna and Clinton Kinanga scored for the law enforcers. Logarušić took over the reins at Kenya Police following the sacking of Francis Baraza on Thursday after a string of poor results.

Posta Rangers maintained their lead on top of the KPL log after a 1-0 win over Kariobangi Sharks. Patrick Otieno was on target for the mailmen. Posta Rangers remain unbeaten in the league so far.

Nairobi City Stars recorded their second consecutive win of the season after edging Sofapaka 2-1. Kevin Etemesi and Vincent Owino scored for City Stars while Andre Kalama scored Sofapaka’s consolation goal.

Following the win, Simba wa Nairobi moved to fourth on the log. Sofapaka remains winless in the league so far.

Newcomers Murang’a Seal continued with their impressive run after beating hosts Nzoia Sugar 1-0 at Sudi Stadium in Bungoma County. Wilson Kamau scored the all-important goal 74th point.

On Sunday, AFC Leopards will host  Shabana Ulinzi Sports Complex, Nairobwhile defending champions Gor Mahia will be up against  KCB at Nyayo National Stadium.

Naivas walloped visiting Silibwet 6-0 as Dimba Patriots overcame Mombasa Elite 2-0 in Kajiado. Ends
