Kenya Police signing spree has seen them rope in defender Rashid Toha from Ugandan side Arua Hill SC.
The South Sudan international has spent his most time in Uganda and was backed to represent Uganda in the national scene but he chose to offer his allegiance to South Sudan.
The player had been linked with a move to Vipers SC and while Police were coy on his arrival, he was paraded alongside David Cheche Ochieng in the club’s last friendly against Namungo in Tanzania where the club has been camping.
The player becomes the third signing for the law enforcers this transfer window after the arrival of Kenneth Muguna and Tyson Otieno from Azam FC and Kariobangi Sharks respectively.
