Harambee Stars has touched down in Kampala, Uganda, ahead of their crucial return leg match in the CHAN Qualifiers.

The match is set to be played on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at the Nelson Mandela Stadium. Harambee Stars lost 2-0 against South Sudan in the first leg last weekend in Juba.

The travelling squad, a blend of seasoned players and emerging talents, is geared up to face South Sudan in this decisive encounter.

The team is determined to secure a favorable result and advance further in the competition.

Harambee Stars coach dropped 13 players from the team that lost to South Sudan and replaced them with 11 new players.

Those who were dropped are Ibrahim Wanzala, Musa Mohammed, Alphonce Omija, Geoffrey Ochieng, Bernard Ondiek, Brian Eshihanda, Andres Odhiambo, Clifford Otieno, Boniface Muchiri, Matthias Isogol, Victor Omune, Sydney Lokale, and Mathew Tegisi.

Coach Engin Firat named Abud Omar, Mohamed Siraj, Ian Karani, David Ochieng, Charles Momanyi, Fidel Origa, Caleb Olilo, Mooitian Leshan, Ryan Ogam, Moses Shumah and Francis Kahiro as replacements for the dropped players.
