Embakasi East Member of Parliament, Babu Owino has been freed on bail of Kshs. 100,000 and a bond of Kshs. 200,000 at the Milimani Courts after Chief Magistrate Lucas Onyina ruled.
The Chief Magistrate gave the bail sighting lack of evidence from the government to deny bail.
