Jeridah Andayi has finally declared her exit from Royal Media Services, which placed her as the prestigious Presenter and Head of Radio Citizen.
Her exit now means the end of an era for a station that has become an integral part in the history of radio broadcasting in Kenya.

In a touching farewell message, she showed her appreciation to the support from colleagues and listeners alike. “It has been a fabulous journey, but it is finally time for my family and me to head off to another adventure across the seas in the United States,” she said.
Enter into Radio Citizen: the chief who takes over its reins, a dynamic media professional referred to as Tina Ogal-an innovative approach to broadcasting. A sharp mind in journalism and management, she will now bring in new ideas at the station. “I am honored to assume this role and continue the legacy which was left by Jeridah,” she said during her introductory remarks. “I look forward to ways in which we can engage our audience in new exciting formats.”
