A Mother’s Heartbreak
Speaking through tears, Moi’s mother described her anguish at the senseless loss of her son.
“I am heartbroken. My son was not sick; he was killed in such a cruel and inhumane way. I want justice for him,” she said, visibly devastated by the tragedy.
How It Happened
According to a friend who was with Moi at the time, the incident began after an accidental collision with the vendor’s trolley.
“He had just left a pub, ate an egg, and accidentally hit the trolley. That’s when the vendor pulled out a knife and stabbed him. A life should never be lost over a boiled egg,” the friend explained.
The community is now demanding accountability as police investigations into the incident continue.

Kamau was caught picking the fruit from a neighbor’s farm, leading to a brutal beating. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
Kamau’s mother, also grieving, expressed her pain: “If it weren’t for that mob, my son wouldn’t have sustained such injuries. I want justice for him.”
